Solidarity With Colombian Labor

On behalf of New York City Labor Against the War, we wish to express our utmost solidarity with the workers of Colombia.

We stand shoulder to shoulder with you, our sisters and brothers in the union movement, in your struggle for justice and an end to the extreme repression you face everyday. In particular, we support the SINALTRAINAL union in your efforts on behalf of the Coca-Cola workers against repression and full rights.

Here in the U.S., as we work to oppose U.S. war in Iraq, we will also work to oppose Plan Colombia and organize solidarity with Colombian workers.

Please let our fellow workers know that we here in the US will do everything we can to make known the importance of the struggle in which you are engaged.
